The company was formed to express aboriginal art in glass, this may include the use of kiln forming, sandblasting or any other technique we feel is suitable to achieve the desired result. The name "WATHAURONG" (wathawurrung or wada warrung) is a recognised tribe, it consisted of 25 groups (clans). All our staff are aboriginal & the company is a not for profit organisation owned by Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-OPerative LTD, it's structured so that the community of Wathaurong & the broader community will be the beneficiaries of any profit. We also can arrange delivery for the rest of Australia. Located in Geelong we supply and deliver to Melbourne and most of Victoria. Great pride is taken in producing unique artwork with a net result of high quality glass products, current products including slumped Windows & Doors glass to Australian standards, Kitchen & Bathroom Splashback, Artistic Platters, Bowls and corporate gifts / Awards / trophies etc. We have & will continue to work on commercial commissions that don't have cultural connotations such as producing glass light lenses, corporate logos & kiln formed textured glass and more.
