During classes parents are taught to massage their child's feet, head and back using a variety of strokes including Indian massage strokes, face, arms, chest, abdomen, buttocks, legs, Swedish massage strokes and some reflexology. What she discovered however, was that the range of benefits were even greater than she had imagined!
